We provide four heating technologies: Carbon Fiber (far-infrared, even heat, ultra-thin), PTC (self-regulating, safe, battery-optimized), Graphene (rapid heating, highly durable), and Wire Heating (cost-effective, USB-compatible).

Yes — full OEM & ODM services are available. We handle logo application (embossing, printing, metal plate), custom retail packaging (gift box, blister card, poly bag), and branded manuals. Our design team delivers 3 free mockups before production.

Standard production lead time is 25–35 days after sample approval. Rush orders (15–20 days) incur a 15% expedite fee. Sea freight to major US/EU ports takes 25–40 days; air freight is 5–10 days. Our on-time delivery rate is 99.2%.

We provide free samples for you, only sample fees will be charged in advance. All sample charges will be fully refunded once you place your bulk order later. Samples are produced with official production molds to ensure the same quality as formal goods. Customized specifications and logo printing are also available. Sample preparation takes 7-10 working days.

Our insoles work with USB 5V/2A power banks, rechargeable lithium battery packs (integrated or ankle-worn), and AAA battery holders. We also support integration with existing heated footwear systems. All designs are CE, FCC, and RoHS certified.
