Ordering, MOQ & Lead Time

What is your MOQ for custom heated apparel?

Our standard MOQ for ODM projects — custom heating zones, battery or branding — is 500 pairs per style. OEM orders where you supply the design and we apply your logo and packaging start at 100 pairs. Stock items can be ordered from 1 pair. For first orders we can discuss mixed-style quantities so you can test several products in one shipment.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, both. With OEM we manufacture to your design and specifications; with ODM you customize our existing product platforms with your own branding. Both models cover heating elements, control systems, rechargeable battery packs, mobile app integration and packaging. We produce our heating elements in-house — carbon fiber, wire and far-infrared — which keeps development faster and lets us control quality at the source.

What is your sample lead time, and is the sample cost refundable?

Samples are typically ready within 7–30 days, depending on the level of customization and whether new tooling is required. Sample costs are credited against your mass-production order once you place it.

What is your production lead time after order confirmation?

Standard ODM production runs 35–45 days after deposit and sample approval — within 45 days for most orders. OEM orders with your logo and packaging take 20–25 days. Full custom development including new certification takes 50–60 days. Lead times can extend during peak season (August–December); rush orders can be arranged when capacity allows.

Certifications & Battery Compliance

What certifications do your products have?

Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and has been audited on site by Intertek. Our heated products carry CE, RoHS, TUV, EMC and FCC compliance. Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request. Our battery packs are tested to UN38.3 (T1–T8) and certified to GB 47372-2026 and CCC — China’s national lithium battery safety standards, which require stricter testing than the EU and US baseline. Are your batteries compliant with international shipping and safety standards?

Yes. Our battery packs are tested to UN38.3 (T1–T8) and certified to GB 47372-2026 and CCC — China’s national lithium battery safety standards, which impose stricter testing requirements than the EU and US baseline. A UN38.3 test summary is provided with every shipment for air and sea freight compliance. Standard packs are 7.4V rechargeable lithium in 2200 mAh and 4000 mAh; 5V USB, 12V and 24V configurations are also available. Each pack includes over-heat and short-circuit protection and delivers 500+ charge cycles.

Customization & Specifications

Can we customize heating zones and temperature levels?

Yes. We customize heating zone placement (back, chest, hands, feet), the number of heat levels, the controller type, the heating area size and the power output. Our standard three-level control runs Low 38°C / Medium 45°C / High 55°C, and you can choose between carbon fiber, wire and far-infrared heating elements. Our engineers advise on the best configuration for your target market during development.

Do you support private label branding and custom packaging?

Yes. We support logo printing on products, woven labels, custom packaging, hang tags and user manuals in your target language. OEM orders combining your logo and packaging start at 100 pairs; ODM branding projects start at 500 pairs per style.

Markets & Quality Control

Which markets do you mainly export to?

Our main markets are North America (45% of shipments) and Europe — Eastern Europe 24% and Western Europe 13%. These are cold-weather regions where heated gear is bought for winter sports, outdoor workwear, commuting and general cold-weather protection, so our specifications and certifications are built around US and EU requirements.

How do you ensure quality before shipment?

Every order passes three stages: incoming material inspection, in-process checks at each production station, and 100% final testing in our in-house lab — including battery aging tests, high/low temperature cycling, waterproof testing to IPX4/IPX5 and thermal imaging verification. Because we produce our own heating elements, quality control starts at the raw material stage. Test records can be shared with clients on request.
